For the past 103 years, the Commonwealth Club of California has
operated on the principle that public examination of important issues
is the enduring cornerstone of a free and democratic society. The
Club's primary purpose is to inform its members, as well as the larger
community, about matters that affect the course of history.
Through Voices of Reform, The Club seeks to empower Californians to
better understand how government works and learn about policy options
for making state government more responsive, representative, and
fiscally sound. Voices of Reform also works with the many individuals
and organizations active in this arena to identify common ground and
opportunities for collaboration that can foster change.
We need your help! Every extra dollar we raise means more educational
programming, more outreach, and more solution-driven dialogue.
If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to Voices of Reform, please e-mail Zabrae Valentine (Voices of Reform Project Director) or call her at (415) 869-5904.
(We also encourage you to consider contributing to The Commonwealth Club's other activities.)
